Insurance
A billing statement can be provided upon request for possible reimbursement.

Payment
Please bring cash or check (made out to Allison Topilow) to your appointment.
Please call 917.685.8791 to discuss fees.

Cancellations
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call 917.685.8791 as soon as possible. Phone sessions are available if you cannot make it to the office but do not want to miss your appointment. Clients will be charged the full fee for appointments canceled less than 48 hours in advance unless there are extenuating circumstances. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
